Sea Purslane is a coastal plant that has soft and succulent leaves. It is found just above the tide line where the Samphire grows in sheltered sunny spots. They are super dry, so to balance the flavour we have added Pink Grapefruit in the distillation. This plant is used by many chefs to enhance salads and delivers a truly lovely London dry style gin with an oily texture. It’s been a big hit at all our recent tastings and there’s only 120 bottles being made so it won’t be on the shop for long!
