#4 Lundy Gin – based on the Lemon & Thyme with the addition of handpicked Gorse flowers from Abbotsham cliffs, giving this gin a soft honeyed sweetness. A really refreshing gin.
Serve with a plain tonic, slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
