#3 Samphire – Tidal Samphire without the salt!  What does it taste like? It reminds us of early morning walks on the river. Fresh coastal breeze on the nose and a clean green taste from the locally foraged Tidal Samphire.

Balanced with a gentle sweetness from Cubeb Pepper & Grains of Paradise. This gin gives a wonderfully soft mouth feel. One to be savoured, as this seasonal beauty is Micro-batch produced. Snipped on the river by our own fair hands (and scissors) from June – August, following the foragers code.

Serve with a plain tonic and a slice of crisp apple or blackberry.
