#2 Lemon & Thyme – Summer in a glass. Discovered in the botanical gardens at R.H.S Rosemoor, this gin is a real thirst quencher!
The citrus comes from Lemon Balm, no lemons were harmed in the making of this gin! Herbal notes from Lorna Doone thyme, a Lemon thyme and Rosemary. All grown in our garden and freshly picked to go into the stills.
Lemon sherbet all the way with a citrus fruit and juniper finish.
Delicate and zesty, it is Summer in a glass, North Devon style.
Serve with a plain or an Elderflower tonic, a slice of lemon and sprig of rosemary.

First bought a miniature of this in a lovely deli in Bude – Belinis and loved it so much that the way home we bought the full sized. Not a fan of flavoured gin but this is not a flavoured gin in the true sense I believe as it has a wonderful hint of lemon and thyme that enhances the flavours of the gin. Friends loved it too so much I have just had to order another bottle.
